Perishable Items: Dry Ice/ Gel Pack Charges Rs. 1000.00 as extra applicable for all shipment.
Freight: Extra As applicable. Freight Free for minimum order of Rs. 100000.00
Taxes: Extra As Applicable.
Octroi: As Applicable.
Delivery: 2 to 6 Weeks from the date of Formal Order.
Payment: 100% against delivery/ through cheque/DD/ wire transfer.
Warranty: 18 months from the date of shipment or 15 months from date of installation whichever is earlier against manufacturer defects for instruments.There is one month warranty for Reagents if result is not satisfactory after date of shipment except principle's warranty require proof by email before replacement. No warranty for breakable items / or light items, plastic ware etc during transportation.
Goods/ Shipment will be directly through us or our authorized local distributor to your institution.
We cannot take any responsibility/Liability for non-supply of any product if it is unavailable or discontinued. Respective companies patent the name of the products to be used. Product or price may be changed without prior notice due to non availability of product from from principal or currency fluctuation.
Goods against DSIR certificate are available.
DSIR certificate & other necessary certificate is to provide along with Formal order.
In case of order through DSIR order of different principal require individual separate order. No order will be accepted whether combined with DSIR & non-DSIR order. Minimum order value should be Rs. 50,000.00 against DSIR & above &an additional charge of Rs. 3000.00 is required whether order value is bellow Rs. 50,000.00.
